I think this photo was taken at Myanmar films academy award ceremony last year. She's our attractive and beautiful actress and model, Su' Pan Htwar. Su' Pan Htwar is not so bad in acting but I don't like the way she talks in the movies and videos. She's a little bit aggressive. Isn't she?
